Back to homeAbout AMMA
AMMA (ask me, mama) is a maternal companion for pregnancy and the months after birth. It understands where you are in your pregnancy, explains things clearly and shows the source behind every clinical answer, so you have support between appointments.
People who are trying to conceive, pregnant or recently postpartum, and the clinicians who care for them. During the beta, AMMA is open by invitation to adults aged 18 or over who live in the UAE.
No. AMMA provides information, not diagnosis, and it doesn't prescribe or monitor. It helps you understand what's happening and prepare for appointments. If something feels wrong, contact your healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 998 in the UAE, 999 in the UK or 911 in the US.
Clinical answers are grounded in recognised clinical guidance and published sources, and each one shows where it comes from so you can check it. If AMMA can't point to a recognised source, it tells you rather than guessing.
The beta
A small, invite-only test with mothers and clinicians in the UAE, running for a few weeks. We're starting in the UAE so we can support participants properly and meet local requirements. Other markets will follow.
Apply for early access on our homepage. We invite people in small groups, so we can't promise everyone a place in the first round, but everyone who applies stays on the list.
With a secure link sent to your email, so there's no password to remember. Before your first visit you'll be asked to read and accept a short participant declaration. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, and no access is granted until it's accepted.
We'll publish pricing before our public launch, and early access members will hear first. You'll never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Privacy and your data
Your account details, and the information you choose to share so AMMA can tailor its support, such as your stage of pregnancy. Health information is treated as sensitive and used only to provide and improve your support. Our privacy notice explains everything before you join.
During the beta, your data is stored in the UAE. Some processing, including parts of how answers are generated, is carried out by carefully selected technology providers outside the UAE under contractual safeguards. The privacy notice lists them.
No. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use your health information for advertising.
Yes. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent. Contact us or email ify@askmemama.com and we'll help.
